About Graze Delice

At Graze Delice we exclusively design each board on paper before it is made. We only use artisan and award-winning ingredients, and we focus on styling details that make the ensemble look stunning from a Birds Eye view and up close.

We only use the finest ingredients that have been taste-tested and approved by my most discerning cheese, charcuterie, and antipasti-obsessed friends and family. We are talking expertly cured, smoked and dried meats, think 100% Iberico Bellota Jamón, award winning Capocolla, and intensely flavourful Venison. Small-batch artisan and farmhouse cheeses made using traditional methods, think Cornish Yarg,  Swiss Alp Blossom, the ancient Beaufort d’été, and the Gold winner of the World Cheese awards, the Merry Wyfe. Homemade dips and marinades, and, authentic crusty French baguettes (yes, in Scotland), or award-winning focaccia that you can’t get enough of!

Every element is thoughtfully paired to complement the next, creating a tasting experience that's both harmonious and unforgettable. Aesthetics and flavour go hand in hand. That square of 70% dark chocolate beside the potted Blue Stilton? Or flower blossom honey and crunchy walnuts nestled near the Saint Jude?
