Order Placement: Orders for graze boards must be placed a minimum of 24 hours and ideally a week in advance to ensure the highest quality and freshness of ingredients. Last-minute orders may not be accepted, and customers are encouraged to plan accordingly.

Delivery and Pickup: Customers may choose between delivery and pickup options. Deliveries will add delivery costs to the totalI amount payable. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information to avoid any delays or issues.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accommodated for 5 working days (Monday to Friday) in advance of the booked collection or delivery date. Cancellations made after this period are only 50% refundable, as ingredients will have already been procured and prepared and the slot may not be filled by another customer. Please note that cancellations must be communicated in writing. We will aim to refund the amount due within 7 working days.

For example, if your delivery is on Saturday 11th of January, your last day for cancelling is Monday 6th of January. Thereafter we will only be able to refund 50% of the amount paid.

Amendments: Order amendments can be accommodated up to 48hrs in advance of the booked delivery or collection date on the premise that ingredients are in stock. Please note that order amendments must be communicated in writing, and are only accepted if we confirm back in writing. 

Dietary Requirements: Customers must discuss any food allergies and intolerances with us prior to placing to order. Please read the product allergen information and contact us. This is to allow us to assess if we can prepare your order safely and help you take an informed decision. If after our conversation you decide to proceed with the order please note your dietary requirements in the "Order Special Instructions" box in your cart.  Please note that if we believe we cannot safely prepare your food we will contact you to cancel and refund your order, particularly if your dietary requirement pertains a severe allergy. 

Product Customisation:  We are always happy to accommodate customisations for our grazing boards to better suit your preferences. However, we strive to stay true to our brand and the values that guide us. As such, there may be some requests that we are unable to accommodate, such as removing key ingredients that are integral to the experience, like cheese on a cheese board. Please contact us if you have any questions before ordering. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the quality and authenticity of our boards. 

Liability: Graze Delice is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the consumption of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they and their guests are aware of the ingredients included in their graze boards. Graze Delice will provide a list of products on the board along with the allergens highlighted along with an allergen label on the board or its packaging. Feedback and Complaints: We value customer feedback and strive to improve our offerings continuously. Any complaints or concerns regarding the quality of the graze boards should be directed to our customer service email at grazedelice@gmail.com.

Offer Codes / Discount Codes: 

Offer Validity: The discount is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Order Limit: A maximum of 1 order can be placed per customer. If the daily limit is reached and a further order has come through this may be cancelled and refunded by the seller. You can have multiple products in one order. 

Location: This offer is valid only for customers within Edinburgh. Delivery or service outside of this area is not included.

Discount Code: The discount is applied only when using the provided promo code at checkout.

Stock Availability: This offer is valid while supplies last. Once stock is depleted the promotion will no longer be available.

No Cash Alternative: The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers.

Product Availability: The discount applies to selected grazeboard products only and may not be used for add-ons, custom orders, or premium items unless otherwise stated.

Delivery: Delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery address within Edinburgh.

Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming.
