About Me
My name is Annet, mother of 3 (including my two fur babies), wife to my french husband (promise this is relevant), a Project Manager in IT, and now also the founder of Graze Delice!
Over the past years I have hosted many friends, a whole host of them being french I quickly focussed on cheese and charcuterie, and with that came grazing boards. I love the versatility a grazing board offers, even the little ones can't resist!
If I am not chasing after my toddler, I am obsessively learning more about my ingredients, finding local artisan producers, and perfecting the craft of food styling. I am a stickler for details, you can tell me you love olives and I will ask you which ones and what you like to pair it with...for starters! I love food and really have to make an effort to slow down and savour all the flavours before gobbling it all down, I still call it working, how else am I supposed to recommend pairings (wink)!
Graze Delice started as my creative escape during my postpartum journey, and has now opened up a world of possibilities and new discoveries.
