Storage

Our grazing boards and chocolate covered strawberries are recommended to be consumed within 24 hours of collection or delivery. 

Please refrigerate the product if it is not to be served immediately.  Grazing boards should be left at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving for the cheese flavours and aroma's to come through. 

If the board or chocolate covered strawberry has been out of the fridge for more than 2 hours we recommend that it is consumed the same day, thereby reducing the consumption from 24 hours. 

Please also remember to use the tongs we include in the box!
