Perfect for 2 as a main (£17.50 p.p.)! 

All our boards are customisable, but here is what a standard ensemble looks like: 

• Two premium quality cheeses (artisan, farmhouse or a top notch classic - only the best from all over the world, think about traditional potted Stilton, Alp Blossom, farmhouse clothbound Cheddar, or a Tomme de Savoie, savour it with a Clava brie or maybe a Brillat Savarin!)
  
• Two premium quality dry/cured/smoked meats (think Speck, silky Prosciutto di Parma, Coppacola or the finest Lomo)
• One crusty French Baguette (the real deal - authentic)
  
• Cream cheese
• Fresh and dried fruits (perfectly paired with the chosen cheeses)
• Variety of Nuts (the perfect crunch to contrast and complement the cheeses, fruits and charcuterie)
  
• Chutney (to balance out the dominant flavours!)
• Crackers
• Home marinated olives (a taste of the mediterranean)
• Herbs and Flowers to dress (the unsung heroes of a grazeboard that tame the cheesy aroma's - you can use it for your cooking and tea!)

Our Cheeseboard option will not have any meat, but will have all of the above with an additional cheese (3 in total) and type of cracker (2 in total).

Note, all our boards are beautifully unique and therefore look different on purpose! The displayed picture is an example of the "Sharing Is Caring" Graze Board, this one in particular was a customised valentine's special! 

Allergens and Food Intolerances

All our boards will have the following allergens: Milk, Mustard, Cereals, Eggs, Nuts, Sesame Seeds, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphites and Soya. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for any questions, we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. 

Our boards are created in a kitchen where peanuts, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, lupin seeds and celery are prepared, as such our boards may have traces of these allergens as well.

All boards will be accompanied with the list of items on the board with the allergens highlighted. Please inform us of any allergens/food intolerances at grazedelice@gmail.com before placing your order. If we can accommodate your needs, please note the specifics in the "Order Special Instructions" section of your cart when placing your order. 

Food Preferences

Tell us your food preferences, (think about e.g. pregnancy, vegetarians, anti-coriander friends, blue cheese skeptics) and we can discuss how we can best accommodate your preferences. We would recommend doing this before ordering so we can ensure you get the Feast Your Eyes effect, just in case you want a cheese board without cheese!

Storage

Our graze boards are recommended to be consumed within 24hrs of collection. 

Please refrigerate the graze board if it is not to be served immediately. Please remove it from the fridge at least 20 minutes before serving for the cheese flavours and aroma's to come through. If the board has been out of the fridge for more than 2 hours we recommend that it is consumed the same day. 

Remember to use the tongs we include in the box!

Packaging and Transport

All graze boards are sealed in a box or packaged in Celloplane for protection. Please don't tilt or shake the platter as the graze board is delicately put together to achieve the FEAST YOUR EYES effect!
